To the maximum extent permitted by law, AraMedic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at $5 USD.
You agree to defend and hold harmless AraMedic from claims arising from your use, violation of these Terms, or your content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with disputes resolved in Riyadh courts.
